Katie Price has been advised by doctors to withdraw from the London Marathon, fuelling rumours she may be pregnant with her fourth child.
The glamour model, otherwise known as Jordan, revealed her decision on her website but did not say why she was pulling out of the race.
She took part in the marathon last year with her former husband Peter Andre.
The 31-year-old was spotted holding her stomach outside the Portland Hospital, according to OK! magazine.
She has made no secret of the fact she is trying for a baby with new husband Alex Reid, 34.
Price said in a statement on her official website: “It is with great regret that I’m going to have to pull out of this year’s Virgin London Marathon.”
She added: “Training has been going really well, and I was really looking forward to running again this year to raise as much money as possible for (blindness charity) Vision, but I have been advised by doctors I should not compete this year.
“I wish everyone the best of luck, I know how hard this is so I have nothing but admiration for each and every runner.”
